I just had a thought that was non recipe related. I have once or twice bought those bisquick shake and pour pancake things, Why did I not just wash that stupid bottle, measure out some pancake mix to reuse it as many times as I want. I don't make pancakes often, but for some reason this popped in my head and thought I would share.
